Q: What is required from the customer on the day?

A: Please ensure you have the required space as per the castle description/ measurements listed on the website for the specific inflatable you have booked, including height.

Ensure you have the required access to power (within 40m) or arrange for hiring a generator.

Ensure you have the required access (to be able to maneuver the inflatable from our vehicle to where the inflatable needs to be positioned – e.g. backyard, front yard, oval etc.). These “Required Access Details” measurements are listed on the website for the specific inflatable you have booked.

You will be asked to sign a hire agreement and will be provided with comprehensive safety guidelines, unless we are supervising the equipment.

Q: Do the inflatables require constant supervision?

A: Yes, always when the equipment is in use, responsible adult supervision is required from a person who has read and understood our safety guidelines and rules and is able to enforce these.

Additionally, you may decide to have our trained staff supervise for you throughout your hire period. If so, an additional cost of $50 per hour is required per staff member. All staff have been cleared to work with and around children and have all appropriate certificates – documents available upon request.

Q: Can the Inflatable equipment be set up in a public location?

A: Yes, Council approval is required, and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact relevant local council seeking this approval.

Our Public Liability is required for this application and can be emailed to you accordingly at your request. We require sighting these approval documents.

Q: What if rain is predicted or it is raining on the day?

A: We will be in touch with you the day before your party or event to discuss weather conditions. If unfavorable weather is determined at this stage, you may choose to cancel (with a full refund) or reschedule. If the equipment is delivered, payment is expected.

Regardless if a waterproof cover has been used or not the children cannot use the equipment during actual rain or if the equipment is wet or slippery.

Extra care must be taken regarding children/adults returning to inflatables that have been wet.

For people’s safety the inflatables will need wiping/drying and insuring no slip hazards are at entry and exit areas before reusing.

Q: Can the Inflatables be set up on a hard service?

A: Yes, we can provide weight bags to secure the inflatable(s) -should weight bags be required this must be determined when making the booking.

As extensive weights are required to safely secure the equipment a $30 fee is required should this be the case. All safety mats are supplied.

Q: Can the Inflatables be set up indoors?

A: Yes, please ensure ceiling heights meet the required measurements as per the castle description of the website. If weight bags are needed an additional cost of $30 will be required.

Q: Do you provide generators when power is not available?

A: Yes, we can provide a petrol generator (for outdoor use only). An additional cost of $100 will be required and includes fencing, fuel and safety equipment.

Q: Are we covered with Full Public Liability insurance?

A: Yes, we have 20 Million Public Liability insurance with a reputable company – documents available upon request.
